Revenge porn: Dutch celeb Patricia Paay pressing charges over secretly filmed sex tape

A sex tape featuring Dutch celebrity Patricia Paay was posted on Twitter earlier this week. According to her lawyer Johan Langelaar, Paay did not know she was being filmed and will be pressing charges on Friday, he said to RTL Late Night on Thursday.

"She says: I did not know that a film was made of me", Langelaar said to on the show. "I really believe her. Why would she not tell the truth to me." According to the lawyer, Paay is not 100 percent certain that it's her in the video. Langelaar plans to investigate the possibility that her face was Photoshopped into the images.

The sex video was posted on Twitter on Thursday, according to AD. Geenstijl posted the tweet and video on its site, but removed it after Langelaar instructed them to do so. It is not yet clear who originally posted the video.

Langelaar is preparing a claim against the person responsible, he said to RTL. "It won't be millions, like in America. But we will demand hefty compensation." the lawyer said. "There will be an investigation and then the Prosecutor will decide whether there is a case."

On Monday Paay told the Telegraaf that she was being blackmailed with sexual images. Langelaar was tipped by someone from the newspaper that the video was online.
