Limburg bailiff accused letting women pay off debts with sex

A criminal investigation was launched against a court bailiff in Limburg who is suspected of demanding sex from women in lieu of money. A number of women reported the man to the police, a spokesperson for the police confirmed to ANP.

The women claim that the man from Sittard collected their payments in the form of sexual favor, the spokesperson said. He could not say exactly how many women filed reports against the bailiff, but did say that there may be more victims who have not turned to the police yet.

According to Limburg newspapers, the man admitted what he did to his employer. The Sittard office where he worked fired him.

The police set up a special email address for victims of this bailiff to come forward. Any victims can contact the police by sending an email to [email protected].
