Questions raised over cocaine trafficking through Breda airport

Political parties ChristenUnie-SGP and PvdD in Bosschenhoofd wants to know from the province of Noord-Brabant how an Amsterdam man managed to smuggle 12 kilograms of cocaine through Breda International Airport in December without being caught, BN De Stem reports.

The Amsterdam man, Kevin B., was arrested at the Biggin Hill Airport in London on December 27th, after custom officers found 12 kilos of cocaine in his luggage. He landed in London on a plane that took off from Breda International Airport.

The two parties are "shocked" that the man managed to travel through the airport in Seppe with 12 kilos of cocaine unnoticed. They want to know from the province whether the organization at Breda International Airport is up to the task of preventing such crime.
