Body found in search for missing Amsterdam man

A body was found in the German town of Nordhorn during an investigation into the disappearance of Amsterdam man Juan Antonio Alvarez. It is not clear yet whether the it's Alvarez' body, AT5 reports. Alvarez disappeared on May 11th, his car was found a short time later. A police investigation into his disappearance led the authorities to a house in Nordhorn, just across the border from Enschede. Three Dutch people lived in the house. The police believe that the three and Alvarez together ran a cannabis plantation found on the property. The German police raided the home and arrested two of the three Dutchmen. They are suspected of murdering Alvarez. The third Dutchman is still at large.
