Van crashes into tree; seven seriously injured

Seven people were seriously injured when the van they were in crashed into a tree in Groenlo on Monday night. The vehicle was at full speed when it hit the tree on Deventer Kunstweg, RTL Nieuws reports. The victims are three Spanish women, two Spanish men, a man from Ecuador and a Dutch man from Borculo. All of them are between the ages of 18 and 22. One of the victims was trapped in the destroyed van, the others where thrown from the vehicle and landed beside the road. The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
