King of Beasts enter Overloon zoo’s new lion habitat on King’s Day

A group of six lions were introduced to a brand new habitat, created specifically for them, at ZooParc Overloon on Wednesday. The new lion enclosure forms part of the park's new "expedition" experience. An experience which takes visitors through the 2,700 square meters of zoo, where they can see lions, cheetahs, monkeys, and tigers and many other species. From May the park will also offer the LEAP experience - a virtual reality tour in which guests can walk among the lions. The expedition experience will opens on April 30th and and is free for the first week. After that tickets cost 2 euros.
