Three Dutch men arrested in asylum facility brawl

Four people were injured and three others arrested in a brawl involving around 15 people at the asylum center on Groningersingel in Arnhem on Saturday night. The three arrested men are not residents of the center. The brawl broke out around 10:00 p.m. on Boxing Day, according to the police. The four wounded people were taken to the hospital. Three of them were since released and are back in the asylum center, according to news wire ANP. The fourth may need surgery on a broken nose. The police arrested three men, aged 24, 25 and 26 years old. One of them is from Tilburg, the other two from Arnhem. They are suspected of assault and public violence. What they were doing in the asylum center is unclear. The police is investigating the circumstances surrounding the brawl. It is not yet clear how it started. A number of asylum seekers witnessed the fight and will give statements.
