Eraj has been found unharmed and is now back home with his parents. The police issued an amber alert for the boy on Tuesday after he did not come home from school.

A spokesperson for the police told NU that the boy was found in Kockengen, about six kilometers from his hometown of Vleuten. A tip from a witness led to his discovery.

The spokesperson confirmed that the boy is unharmed, but tired. "He is sleeping", she said to the newspaper.
