Ex-Police det. could get 8 years for sex with underage girls
The Public Prosecutor demanded an 8 year prison sentence against a 41 year old ex-detective for inciting underage girls into prostitution. The Public Prosecutor also read the charges against the man from Rijen during a pro-forma session in the court in Den Bosch on Thursday, Brabants Dagblad reports.
The man, a recently divorced father of three girls, is charged with inciting three underage girls and two adult women into prostitution. He is also charged with attempting to incite one 17 year old girl into prostitution. One girl he only had sex with himself. He is accused of making child pornography.
According to the Prosecutor, the 41 year old man approached girls over the internet, mostly on the website Tagged, pretending to be a girl himself. He asked them whether they would like to make lots of money by having sex. If they agreed, he gave them his real name and number and made an appointment with them. He "tested" the girls out by having sex with them himself before arranging clients for them.
The man took the girls to a secluded spot in Brabant to have sex with clients in their cars. He sometimes also arranged a hotel room or to use a friend's house.
According to the suspect's lawyer, Serge Weeining, his client fell into depression after being dismissed from the police. He fled into sexuality.
