Police investigate Amsterdam drowning

The body of a 46 year old woman was found floating in the water on Burgemeester Tienhovengracht in Amsterdam on Thursday afternoon. The police believe she drowned. According to AT5, the woman's body was found around 17:15 on Thursday afternoon. A resident in the neighborhood pulled her out of the water after being alerted by his neighbor. Several emergency services responded, but it was too late to save the woman's life. After an investigation the police believe that the woman drowned.
