Dutch universities rank high in economics, business, medicine

Dutch universities performed typically well in several subject-specific rankings released by QS earlier today. The most successful category for Dutch universities is economics and econometrics, with three of them entering top-50 in these subjects. Dutch institutions also performed successfully in business studies and medicine. University of Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam entered the top 100 in each of those three categories, with Rotterdam ranked as high as 17th in business studies and management. There were also individual successes in different subject categories. University of Leiden is ranked 25th for law. Another university from the Netherlands to reach top-50 in that category is University of Utrecht. Delft University of Technology attained the highest subject-specific ranking among Dutch universities, placing third for architecture.
