Bondage escort fired from bank, investigated in housing scheme
Ludwina D., the Dutch Central Bank employee who was recently dismissed because of her second job as SM mistress, is also suspected by the municipality of Amsterdam of housing fraud. According to Het Parool, D. and her husband have been illegally renting out their apartment in the Red Light District.
A spokesperson for Alderman Laurens Ivens of Housing confirmed tot he newspaper that they are checking the apartments owned by D. and her husband for housing fraud. D. and her husband live in Naarden, but own several homes in the Amsterdam region and Amstelveen.
D., the paper says, has possession of an apartment on Bethaniendwarsstraat. According to neighbors, this apartment has been used as a sex house for some time. The municipality's reporting point Zoeklicht has established that the apartment was also illegally rented to foreigners through Airbnb.
The apartment is located within the Red Light District, where the municipality is currently buying out brothel owners. People who buy property in that area sign that they will use the property for living in and not for renting out or use as a sex house. Zoeklicht found tourists staying in this apartment, according to the report.
Municipal officials also went to check a studio on Heintje Hoeksteeg, owned by D.'s husband, based on a tip by the co-owners of the complex. Zoeklicht visited this address twice, but so far have not found any evidence that it is being rented out to tourists. They are keeping an eye on the address and have asked neighbors to let them know if they see anything suspicious.
According to the municipality, a number of the couple's apartments in Amstelveen are being rented to expatriates, mostly Japanese. Het Parool could not reach D. for a comment. Her husband told the newspaper that he is not involved in housing fraud, but would not say anything further.
