Three teens busted vandalizing PVV candidate's home

Three 14-year-old boys from Etten-Leur have admitted to vandalizing the home of PVV candidate Jake Owen Raats. The police found the three teenagers after receiving tips from the community. Raats' home has been the victim of several cases vandalism over the past few weeks. Last week his house was pelted with stones while he was giving an interview. According to the boys, the vandalism was instigated by posters of Geert Wilders hanging in the house's windows. One of the boys talked to Raats about it and, in his own words, did not get a satisfactory answer. They also stated that they do not hate the PVV. Tuesday morning the boys had to report to the police station. They were arrested, questioned all day and then released. The Public Prosecutor will punish them with a fine and/or community service.
