ISIS recruiter tracked to Tilburg: report

The police in Tilburg have launched an investigation into a man suspected of trying to recruit young people to join terrorist organization Islamic State (ISIS) in Syria and Iraq, Omroep Brabant reports. The man repeatedly visited the residential shelter Kompaan De Bocht in Tilburg in recent weeks. He spoke to underage asylum seekers about ISIS and learning the Arabic language and asked them whether they want to go to Syria and Iraq. According to the police, one of the youths wanted to take a picture of the man, but he would not allow it. An employee of the establishment notified the police about the visits. The police are taking the matter very seriously and is looking for the suspected recruiter. He is a small man between the ages of 28 and 34 years. He has an Arabic appearance and a goatee.
