Bruna, AKO to sell Charlie Hebdo on Thursday

Two of the largest booksellers in the Netherlands will sell Charlie Hebdo this week. The country will get access to just 500 copies of the French magazine, which is likely to have a three million copy print run this week. The magazine will go on sale on Thursday for €3.50 in the Netherlands, one day later than in France. It is most likely to be found at the airports and train stations, and locations where more international media is sold, writes the Volkskrant. Other bookstores in the Netherlands say it is not clear if they will get any copies at all. It will be the first edition of the magazine to go on sale since masked gunmen attacked their offices in Paris, leaving 12 dead. The Dutch distributor tried to secure 2,500 copies of the magazine, but first priority was given to French-speaking markets.
