Woman and children hurt by firework bomb

A woman and two children were injured in an explosion and subsequent fire in their home in Sterrendaalders in Den Bosch last night. The police suspect that someone threw a firework bomb into their home through the letterbox. The neighborhood was startled by a loud bang at around 03:00 a.m. this morning. The damage to the property is significant. The front door of the house in particular is badly damaged. The mother and her two children were taken to the hospital because they had inhaled a lot of smoke and were suffering from respiratory problems.
