The new National Military Museum in Soest seems to be a crowd pleaser from the start.

The museum opened on Saturday, December 13th. A massive crowd of 4 thousand people visited the museum on its opening day. The museum counted an even higher number of 4,500 visitors on Sunday. Everything about the past, present and future of Defense can be seen in the museum. The museum, together with Park Airbase Soesterberg, organized a number of festive activities in and around the museum for its opening weekend.
