New push for higher public sector salaries

The government and semi public institutions must be able to pay higher salaries to increase expertise and quality within their organizations. This is according to stakeholders from healthcare, advice world and science in the Financieele Dagblad (FD). According to the warning in FD, if this does not happen, there is a danger of accidents happening on more and more policy terrains. The knowledge among departments in the field of automation is already well behind. Hans Andersson, who was long one of the most experienced project managers in government, speaks of, for example, a lot of anxiety and convulsive behavior. "Afraid of the minister, afraid to make mistakes." By emphasizing costs, the money to invest is lacking, causing the "sacred fire" used to innovate and experiment, to disappear in employees.
