Jail for teen's private jet flight theft

A boy was sentenced to time in prison this week because he arranged a free flight in a private jet, using lies and fraud. The incident happened in July 2013. The then 17 year old boy posed as a booking agent for a famous DJ. He fooled a helicopter and private jet rental company into believing the flights had been paid by sending them copies of forged bank statements and receipts. The boy and two friends flew up and down to Ibiza in the private jet, AT5 reports, drinking everything in the jet's minibar. Afterwards they flew to Antwerp by helicopter. The youth was sentenced to 20 days in juvenile detention, ten of which are conditional. He was convicted for the use of false or forged writings.
