Marines' biggest frigate Karel Doorman in Rotterdam

The Kare Doorman, the brand new sailing giant of the Royal Marines, is neatly moored at the Wilhelmina Pier in Rotterdam. The gray tinted super boat is one of the top attractions in the upcoming World Port Days. The immense vessel attracted a lot of attention during its arrival. Dozens of interested spectators took pictures as the 204 meter long joint support ship parked next to the World Port Center. Visitors can take look on board the Karel Doorman on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The first thing guests will notice is the enormous amount of space on the immense naval vessel. The vessel is big enough to transport battle tanks, armored howitzers, Patriot launchers or Chinook helicopters.
