drug lab being dismantled in Heerlen

Police are currently dismantling a drug lab in Heerlen that was discovered this morning.

The lab was found by officers in a warehouse at an undisclosed location in the city; it was still in operations when it was discovered. A press release from police said that there have not been any arrests made yet. Experts from the National Facility Dismantling LFO are on the scene investigating carrying out their investigations and taking the installations apart. Fire fighters have also been called in to assist. Police expect that since this dismantling drug labs is a painstaking operation, the task could take all day. They say that though there is no immediate threat to the area, roads there have been cordoned off.
