Pedophile party taking ban to EU court

Banned pedophile party Martijn is going to the European Court to get the ban lifted. The Supreme Court in The Netherlands dismantled the association earlier this year. The ban is a breach of human rights, according to lawyers Gerard Spong and Sidney Smeets. The lawyers will issue a complaint against the court for violating the European Human Rights Convention law that stipulates everyone has the right to freedom of association and expression. Spong and Smeets further question the Supreme Court's judgement, and say that there was insufficient motivation for the ban. They expect their complaint will be processed in October.
