NL Times: offline for moment of silence at 4 p.m.

The NL Times will be briefly offline on Wednesday at 4 p.m. for the moment of silence observed in the Netherlands in honour of the victims of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17. The Boeing 777 crashed in eastern Ukraine on July 17 after it was struck by a missile The flight took off from Amsterdam with 283 passengers and 15 crew members, of which 193 people were from the Netherlands. Wednesday was designated a national day of mourning with flags flying at half-staff, and a moment of silence to occur when two military transports carrying the bodies of fifty victims will land at Eindhoven Airport.
