Pedo group threatened with closure

Pedophile association Martijn has been threatened with closure by the Supreme Court, according to the Volkskrant. The banning of the group will be decided on Friday, a decision that is being contested by supporters of the group, including 48 writers, scientists, journalists, actors and musicians. This group of people are calling on the Supreme Court to stop the process of banning Martijn. They think that a ban endangers the freedom of association and expression, as well as the possibility of forming opinion. Next to that, the group also believes that the ideas and beliefs of Martijn will be expressed in a larger scale.

After years of discussion and judicial struggle, the Supreme Court will decide on Friday whether or not the pedophile association will be able to be banned on Friday.
