Tourist pedal boat rescued from IJ river

Two tourists on a pedal boat got lost and found themselves in the Ij river in Amsterdam. On Sunday afternoon, at around 3 p.m., the police had to spring into action to save the tourists, AT5 reports The two, and their pedal boat, were brought back to the safety of the canals. The IJ can be a dangerous water body due to the ferry bringing passengers across.
