A 66-year old dog hater from Arnhem has been apprehended as it appears he may have tried to poison several dogs. The man's 18-year old neighbor noticed some fluids in her dogs' kennel. Blik op nieuws claims that it may have have been chlorine. The neighbor told the police that she'd had an ongoing conflict with the suspect. The man has threatened to do something to her dogs once before, de Telegraaf reports. For now, the dog hater has to sit tight for an investigation. As far as is known, the dogs are unharmed.
