Scammers clone phones arrested

Tilburg police arrested two 18-year-old suspects for fraud on Thursday, February 6. The suspects sold fake Samsung Galaxy S4 phones on Marktplaats.nl. The suspects bought considerably inferior phones online from an illegal, foreign website. They then modified the phones, and offered them for sale on Marktplaats as "original" Samsung Galaxy S4 phones, for the full price. When questioned the suspects stated they had so far sold three fake phones. A fourth was still on sale. The phone was seized by the police. The thugs were released with a date for a community service hearing.
