German sex shop Pabo lands in Amsterdam

Pabo, a German-based adult goods company, has opened a super store in Amsterdam. The sex shop will offer erotic goods for women, Parool reported. "It's not dark dingy sex shop with cabins and a cinema, but a very female-friendly environment with bright colors," according to Linda Blommaert of Pabo. Pabo is listed on the German stock exchange and supplies erotic goods and novelties in Europe. The company operates a 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse in the Netherlands for its online and mail-order business, according to the company's website. The Netherlands facility houses more than 25,000 product lines. Pabo was founded by 27-year old widow and mother Beate Uhse in 1946. It has 150 retail stores and websites in 10 countries.
