Alstom to install wind turbines in Netherlands

French company Alstom has signed an agreement to supply, install and commission ECO110 turbines at the 24 MW megawatt (MW) Hartelkanaal wind farm in the Netherlands. Wind Farm / Flickr The wind farm, located in the Port of Rotterdam, is being developed by Investment Engineering, ReNew reported. The agreement, worth some €30 million, also includes operations and maintenance for 15 years. “We have selected Alstom because of the best price performance ratio during the tender, the low noise emission of the ECO110 and the financially strong group,” Investment Engineering Managing Director Luc Schürmann said.
