French president Hollande visits Hague
French President François Hollande is paying a one-day official visit to the Netherlands on Monday.
The French president’s visit is aimed at strengthening economic relationships better between the Netherlands and France.
Hollande is scheduled to meet with Dutch king Willem-Alexander on Monday morning.
The French president will also meet with Prime Minister Mark Rutte and the presidents of the Senate and House for a number of political meetings, Nos reported.
After the lunch, the king and Hollande will make a joint speech. In the afternoon, the president will visit the Hague-based Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the National Maritime Museum in Amsterdam.
