Fewer changes to healthcare insurance

The number of people who switched healthcare insurance is lower than last year, according to the four largest insurers, reported the NOS.People could cancel their healthcare insurance until the 1st of January. By the 3rd of January they should be enrolled in a new insurance. Earlier the comparison sites for healthcare insurances predicted many people would switch insurances. Also the public was expected to raise their deductibles and cancel supplemental insurances in large numbers to lower their premium. Recent statistics from Achmea, VGZ/Univé, CZ, and Menzis, making up 95 percent of the market, proved the contrary. The changes are minimal.
