Elderly woman drives into church group

Two people were injured, one seriously, when an 82-year-old woman drove her car into a group of people leaving a church. The accident happened at approximately 8:00pm on Christmas Day in Vinkeveen, just south of Amsterdam, according to police. One woman was run over, and is being treated in an area hospital with a hip injury. The other injured woman was treated at the scene for minor injuries. The driver was startled, but not hurt. Police are calling the case accidental.
