Suspension possible for ADO hit

The prosecutor for professional soccer wants the offence player, Michiel Kramer, from ADO Den Haag, to be suspended for four matches as punishment for punching Ajax-keeper Jasper Cillessen in the face with his forearm. He presented his settlement proposal Tuesday, and Kramer has till 17:00 to respond, reported the KNVB.Kramer committed the offense during the match in The Hague, Sunday, which ADO lost with 4-0. The KNVB stresses the situation is extraordinary. Referee Reinold Wiedemeijer dealt the player a yellow card, but that was for an illegal maneuver with his legs, according to the federation. Wiedemeijer never saw the arm movement and missed that violation. Jasper_Cillessen

Kramer himself admitted after the duel his violation was worthy of a red card.
