The talks only started after the Summer with initial reluctance. Mayor Pots firmly contradicted reports of a division within the seven colleges of B and W, as was suggested by RTV Noord earlier Tuesday. The B and W's unanimously agreed on a joint proposal that the City Councils will address simultaneously on December 3rd.
