Dekker Wants All Scientific Articles Online For Free

Sander Dekker, the State Secretary for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, wants all Dutch scientific publications to be available online for free in 10 years. Sander Dekker / Wikipedia By 2016, Dekker said about 60% of scientific articles should be available free online, NRC reports. According to Dekker, research articles which have been funded by the public money should be available to the public free of charge.
