Dutch entertainment company ID&T acquired by SFX

SFX Entertainment has acquired Dutch entertainment and medium enterprise ID&T. SFX now owns a 100% stake in Amsterdam-based ID&T, which is the leading producer of dance music festivals and events worldwide. ID&T received a total consideration of about $130 million, including about $30.4 million in shares of SFX common stock. The deal was closed Oct. 18. ID&T ID&T has produced events in Europe and around the world for more than 20 years, including 68 festivals and events worldwide in 2012. It’s most successful &T brands include Sensation, Mysteryland, Q-Dance and TomorrowLand.
