More dam to dam runners to hospital

Because of the hot and stuffy weather Sunday several participants in the Dam to Dam walk were transported to a hospital with shortness of breath and exhaustion symptoms.There were more than last year, a spokesperson for the running event reports. Sunday morning about 55 thousand people left from the Dam in Amsterdam. The journey is about sixteen kilometers long and ends in Zaandam.
