T-Mobile Troubles Abroad

T-Mobile customers traveling abroad have been reporting problems with connecting phone calls, transmitting text messages and mobile internet connectivity for the second day in a row. Issues with T-Mobile's roaming networks have been reported in Belgium, France, Germany, Spain and Turkey, according to readers of the NL Times and Dutch news outlet NOS. (Drapplesi/Wikimedia) The outages were being addressed by company engineers in the Netherlands, with many customers getting access to the network as of 15:00 local time. No word from T-Mobile on the number of customers affected, though reports suggest North American and African customers were less likely to encounter difficulties this morning, while those from South America and Oceania should have seen service restored in the afternoon. NOS reports that T-Mobile in France has not yet recovered.
