No More Toine van Peperstraten At Studio Sport

Toine van Peperstraten presented Thursday night for the last time Studio Sport. It was the end of a period of nearly 20 years. Van Peperstraten (45) works from next week for pay channel Eredivisie Live. "I am grateful for the developments that I have been able to go through as a presenter. I will miss everyone go terribly," said a visibly emotional van Peperstraten at the end of his last broadcast. He thanked his colleagues and viewers. At Eredivisie Live, van Peperstraten will succeed Humberto Tan, who is going to do a daily talk show on RTL. The sports presenter will together with Jan Joost van Gangelen and Kees Jansma form the hosting team of Eredivisie Live. When the owner Fox gets its own free station, van Peperstraten wil also work for that one. Eredivisie director Alex Tielbeke says that van Peperstraten is an experienced and sympathetic presenter with the right sports heart. The 45-year-old van Peperstraten presented for NOS also the radio program ‘Langs de lijn’.
