The police and judiciary can't find them to arrest them, but social services and benefits agency UWV know how to find them to pay their benefits, the broadcaster writes.
The massive primary school teacher shortage in the Netherlands seems to be mainly limited to the big cities in the west of the country, according to figures from benefits agency UWV that newspaper Trouw requested. There are enough, or even more than enough, teachers in the north, east, and south of the Netherlands, the newspaper writes.
As you get farther away from the big cities, it becomes easier and easier to fill vacancies. Outside the Randstad there are still more teachers than there are jobs available, and some teachers even struggle to find work.

Logging into MijnOverheid.nl is also impossible, and there are problems with logging into the sites of the Tax Authorities, DUO and benefits agency UWV.
Complaint site Allestoringen.nl received hundreds of complaints, according to NOS.
The Dutch government wants more and better organized aid for the about 66 thousand young people in the Netherlands who are unqualified and unemployed. In Friesland the number of people over 50 on unemployment decreased by 13 percent since February. In Noord-Holland and Utrecht, the decline was around 4 percent.
