A 34-year-old Dutch man died from heatstroke on the Spanish island of Mallorca on Thursday afternoon. The tourist was playing sports with a group of friends when he collapsed, RTL Nieuws reported.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. in Sóller, a village on the island. It was about 31 degrees Celsius at the time.

The fire brigade, two ambulances, the police, and a doctor responded to the emergency call. They tried to resuscitate the man, but it was to no avail. He died at the scene.
