Video: Tesla showroom in The Hague vandalized with swastikas, anti-fascist texts

The Tesla showroom in The Hague was defaced with anti-fascist slogans including “No to Nazis” and “Fuck off fascists” on Sunday night. The vandals also spray-painted swastikas on the glass doors.

The action seems to be aimed against the electric car company’s owner Elon Musk. The billionaire and member of Donald Trump’s Cabinet made a Hitler salute during his speech at the new United States President’s inauguration, though he denies that’s what it was.

The gesture caused a wave of criticism. In Berlin, German and British activists projected “Heil Tesla” onto a Tesla factory, with an image of Musk making the gesture underneath.

Many people deleted their X accounts and sold their Teslas. Bumper stickers with texts like “I bought this before I knew Elon was crazy,” are also becoming increasingly popular.
