Haarlem home explodes injuring one woman

A woman was injured by an explosion in her Haarlem home on Thursday night. The police are investigating the cause of the explosion, AD reports.

The woman's two children were also at home during the explosion. They were not injured, but were taken to hospital with their mother to be checked over, according to the police. The extent of the woman's injuries is unclear.

The explosion happened in a home on Edward Jennerstraat. The windows on the front of the home were blown out.
