Exploding barbecue seriously injures toddler, three adults in Breda

A toddler and three adults were seriously injured when a barbecue exploded on Leidekkerstraat in Breda on Sunday. All four victims were rushed to hospital with burns, BN De Stem reports.

A woman sustained burns on her face. Two men were burned on their hands and bodies. Where the toddler was hurt is unclear.

The police believe that the explosion was caused by the use of spirits. An investigation is underway.
