Missing Tilburg girls found safe and "in good health"

Two teen girls missing from Tilburg since Sunday, were found "in good health", the Tilburg police said on Twitter on Tuesday. The girls' families called the police to inform them that the girls had been found, according to Omroep Brabant.

The two girls, 16 and 17-years-old, went missing on Sunday. The police did not suspect a crime, but their parents were very concerned. Especially given the fact that two 14-year-old girls were killed in the Utrecht province over the weekend.

The police are speaking with the families and the two Tilburg girls to find out exactly what happened, a spokesperson said to NOS.
