Mother makes emotional appeal in Amsterdam girl's kidnapping

Nadia Rashid, the mother of kidnapped 2-year-old Insiya Hemani, posted an emotional message on Facebook, begging everyone to keep looking for her daughter. "Every second without Insiya is unbearable", the mother writes on Facebook. "I am extremely thankful to all who are helping to find her and also to those who have been sharing these messages. All your support and messages give me hope and assure me that I a not alone in this search. Therefore I request you keep sharing this post. Help me find my daughter." Little Insiya was violently kidnapped from the Amsterdam apartment she shared with her mother in Watergraafsmeer on September 29th. So far two men were arrested in connection with her disappearance. The police believe Insiya's father, Shehzad Hemani, is responsible for the girl's kidnapping. The 37-year-old man may have taken her abroad. A neighbor noticed him watching the apartment a day before the girl was taken. Insiya's parents were in the midst of a custody battle. The matter was set to appear in court the day after Insiya was kidnapped.
