Divers remove body from water in Groningen town

Update 12:30 p.m.: The police identified the body as a woman who was reported missing. At this stage there are no signs of a crime being committed The police and fire brigade divers removed a body from the water along K.J. de Vriezestraat in the Groningen town of Wildervank on Monday. No information was released on the body's identity, ANP reports. It took the fire brigade divers several hours to find and recover the body. Cause of death is still unclear. The police are investigating.
