MS Mode shops re-open on Monday

All 130 MS Mode stores in the Netherlands are open again on Monday after the administrators of the chain's bankruptcy managed to reach an agreement with Rabobank on keeping business going while the bankruptcy is being handled. Administrator Cees de Jong expects that there will be clarity on the chain's future within three weeks, NU.nl reports. On Monday De Jong emphasized the importance of "making pace" with determining whether the chain can make a restart or not. "More than two or three" parties are showing interest in MS Mode, he said. According to the administrator, there is a possibility that the fashion chain will be sold in parts. "the best thing would be if one party takes over everything. But MS Mode is a fairly large organization, so I won't be surprised if a party wants to integrate parts of the chain in its own organization." De Jong finally said that they will do everything in their power to save as many jobs as possible.
