Teenagers arrested for armed petrol station robbery

Two 15-year-old boys were arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of committing an armed robbery at a petrol station on Spuidmanstraat in Scherpenisse in January, the police announced on Wednesday. On January to armed and masked robbers burst into the petrol station's store and threatened an employee. They stole hundreds of euros and fled on scooters. During an about 5 month long investigation the police looked for trace evidence, questioned numerous witnesses and investigated dozens of tips that came in after the case was shown on Opsporing Verzocht. All this led officers to the two suspects. The two boys, both aged 15 years and from Bergen op Zoom and Scherpenisse, were arrested on Tuesday morning and taken to a prison complex in Breda. They are in custody for questioning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=e7wOeUXhe58
