Another car torched in Ede neighborhood

A car was set on fire on Lunenburg in the Ede neighborhood of Veldhuizen on Monday morning. This is the latest in a series of car fires and other vandalism that plagued the neighborhood in recent weeks. The fire was reported to the fire brigade around 4:45 a.m. on Monday, according to the Gelderlander. The fire was largely extinguished by the time firefighters arrived at the scene. Residents had fire extinguishers and buckets of water ready after the series of car fires in the neighborhood. The car belongs to a resident of the street. He told the newspaper that he is "surprised" and "angry" by what happened. The police are investigating the fire. This is the first car fire in the neighborhood after a relatively quiet week. The police implemented extra patrols and other forms of prevention in an attempt to stop these fires. The mayor of Ede also implemented a ban on assembly.
